Convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a central spot, close to the city's major business areas, making it easy to get around. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Plus, the included breakfast was satisfactory.
Outdated and poorly maintained facilities. The hotel seemed to be quite old with poorly maintained facilities.

We had a small issue with the shower and drain, but the hotel staff fixed it on the same day. The artwork in the lobby and restaurant was a nice touch. The service at the front desk was professional and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The bidets in the bathrooms were a fantastic addition. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast, although not the best in Brazil, was satisfactory.

The hotel had everything I needed, including good Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge with a good selection of food and beverages. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and a variety of places to eat nearby. The staff was professional and friendly, and the hotel was very clean.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

Another advantage was the quality of the Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.
The parking situation was not ideal. the hotel parking was not on site, as advertised, and the rules for leaving your car with the hotel caused some discomfort.
